People are always at the centre of everything we do. As with patient care, the needs of our employees and partners take centre stage when it comes to compliance. For this reason, we take reports of legal violations very seriously.
Our whistleblower system gives employees, customers, suppliers and third parties the opportunity to report violations. Topics include violations along the supply chain, human rights violations, environmental protection, corruption, or fraud.
You can also report violations of local, state, federal or EU laws, data protection violations, the formation of a cartel and conflicts of interest, as well as internal violations such as discrimination, sexual harassment, or the disclosure of trade secrets. All reports will be treated in strict confidence by Northern Helicopter GmbH and you have the option of submitting them anonymously.
